A few weeks ago, we saw that Blu refreshed their line of Windows Phones with the Blu Win HD LTE and the Blu Win Jr LTE. The refresh is a major upgrade, mainly upgrading the quad core Snapdragon 200 processor to the 64 bit quad core Snapdragon 410.

This is a big deal, since Lumias are still using the Snapdragon 400 in everything from the $49 Lumia 635 phones all the way to the $499 Lumia 830.
