Hands On with iOS 9.3 Beta 2

iOS 9.3 is about as close to a major update as a minor update goes. In fact, it’s the first time Apple dedicated a whole page to the features of an update since iOS 9.

This is how version numbers work. Major.minor.bug fix. For example, iOS 9 is major, iOS 9.3 is minor, and iOS 9.3.1 will be bug fixes. iOS 9.3, however, is much more major than most minor updates go.

iOS 9.3 has new features such as Night Shift, TouchID support for Notes, and a ton of education features. iOS 9.3 also comes alongside Mac OS X 10.11.4 El Capitan, watchOS 2.2, and tvOS 9.2.

Earlier this week, Apple introduced the second iteration of the iOS 9.3 beta. As with most second iterations of more major updates, there were a few new features. Have a look.
