The most renowned feature of the latest iPhone 6S is called 3D Touch. If you ask me, it’s not the most exciting feature of the iPhone 6S. I’m more excited about the new front camera, since that was pretty much the only thing wrong with the iPhone 6.
3D Touch is an entirely new user interface for the iPhone. It has a multitude of functions. Many have and will continue to compare 3D Touch to the right click, which was arguably the most useful function ever invented. I don’t think this is the case. I think that 3D Touch provides shortcuts where right clicking presents options that can be used only by right clicking. You can do everything you can do with 3D Touch in some other way.
As I said, 3D Touch is the same as Force Touch in the Apple Watch. In the following video, I will demonstrate 3D Touch on the iPhone 6S and I will also compare 3D Touch on the iPhone 6S to Force Touch on the Apple Watch.
